Combines well with yarrow herb and marigold for heavy periods.
Directions for Use
One to two teaspoons to one cup of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes and strain. Drink up to three cups daily between meals. When taking for heavy periods, drink regularly one week before the period and then drink freely during the period.
Precautions
Avoid during pregnancy. Bleeding between periods and excessively heavy periods should always be investigated by a healthcare professional. Lady's mantle contains tannins which may reduce nutrient absorption if this herb is taken with meals over the long-term without a break.
